iFEEL Institute of Management offers a 2-year full-time AICTE approved PGDM course. Expert lectures throughout the PGDM Course
The i4 series (Ignite, Involve, Innovate and Inspire) is organized in the campus of the PGDM institute every Saturday. Eminent business leaders from top notch companies address the students on various aspects like leadership, entrepreneurship, management, etc. They share their personal experiences and gives business insights to the young leaders. Students get an opportunity to interact with these distinguished individuals, learn from their experience and gain new perspective about the industry.
Learning through case studies
iFEEL runs a unique in-house club called the Alpha Beta Case Study Club. This club offers training and opportunities to students to practice case studies with each other in the first semester of the PGDM course. Students learn about various business frameworks and practice them with their fellow members, under the supervision of an expert mentor. Additionally, students also learn through real world case studies related to every subject.
Summer Internship Program (SIP)
iFEEL is one of the very few PGDM colleges that grooms the students right from the first semester. There is a compulsory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of the first year of the program. iFEEL students have been were selected for summer internships by some the esteemed companies like Bank of India, Amul, Goldstar Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Ashok Leyland and so on. Their progress during the internship program is monitored continuously by the professors. Internship programs enable the students to get firsthand experience and get a better view of the corporate world.
Value added certifications
In addition to the curriculum, students are offered certain value added certifications according to their specialization. For instance, students of the marketing department are offered a certification in Digital Marketing from DMTI. These certification courses not only make the students more employable, but also enhance their knowledge and skills. The professors train the students and help them develop a better understanding of the subject.
Domestic and international industry visits
iFEEL arranges industrial tours for its students every year. Students get a chance to witness the real business scenario and get an insight on the way of working. The students are taken to almost twelve different companies located in Mumbai and Pune. Students have visited companies like Parle-G, Bisleri, Mahindra & Mahindra, General Motors, Coca- Cola and many more. After a basic understanding of the domestic industry, it is necessary to understand the operations of multi-national or international companies. To give international exposure to students, iFEEL takes them to different countries to get an understanding of various cultures and best practices of the industry. In 2017, students visited Germany and Austria as a part of their international industrial visit.
