The Global Citizen Leader Program (GCL)
iFEEL students are part of a unique learning experience; the "Global Citizen Leader" (GCL) designed by Leadership Beyond Boundaries (LBB), a global initiative by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), which is amongst the best educational institution in the world. CCL trains Fortune 500 companies across the globe. The program provides students with leadership and innovation led knowledge along with an opportunity to learn and practice skills in a real-life context.
Some of the leading corporate that students groups worked with as part of this program are :
In the last two years, iFEEL students have worked on Live Projects shared by Future Group, Wockhardt Foundation, Perfetti Vans Melle, Bank of India, India First Insurance and Panoramic Group. This year the companies that iFEEL students are working with also include, Pidilite, Muthooth Fincorp, Kangaroo Kids Education Ltd., Think Why Not, Croma Retail, GNRC Hospitals among others.
- AIMS Dr Dharni P Sinha Social Responsibility Award for the Social Impact projects at the national level and
- AIMS Innovation Award Gold Medal, for students that worked on a project involving Increasing health standards for children in local schools (Nutrition and Hygiene)
The program provides students with leadership and innovation skills. Since Learning by doing is
found to be most effective, the GCL program is designed for students to apply what they learn
from the management program and the GCL training real-time corporate opportunities. By the
end of the program students would have initiated research, spoken to stakeholders, gathered
several insights and identified potential solutions.
• 2014 - AIMs Winner Swati Chavan & 2013 – AIMs winner Harshit Shah and team received a Gold-Medal at the National AIMS Innovation Award, 25th AIMS Annual conference 'Envisioning Management Education'.
