Global Citizen Leader Program (GCL)
GCL
The ‘Global Citizen Leader’ (GCL) program is designed by Leadership Beyond Boundaries (LBB), a global initiative by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
At GCL students are presented with a wide range of business scenarios like expanding upon a business idea, increasing financial scope in a given situation, providing solutions to a particular management / business problem, and planning and preparation for social campaigns by the guest companies.
Preparation
Over a period of 6 months is when the student is required to conduct their research and apply their learning to the real-life scenario given to them. In the past, they have worked on management problems tasked by companies like Goldstar, JSW Cement, Tema India, Future Group, MGM Institute of health, Big smile box, Epoch, Deniar Trading, Lendsouq, etc.
Presentation
Students then give presentations which are at times followed by short videos. Each presentation is judged on parameters like quality of content, application scope, Q & A sessions etc. Judges consists of eminent industry stalwarts at each GCL event conducted on the iFEEL campus.
