Dr. Naresh S Warrier
- Associate Director – iFEEL
Dr Naresh S Warrier is a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Poona, University of Pune. He graduated, with a distinction, in July 1983. He holds post graduate qualifications in Marketing (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) and Finance (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. He then completed his Doctoral Program in Business Administration from Apollos University, USA.
In consonance with this academic background, he has about 32 years of industry experience of which close to 20 years have been in leadership positions. He sought premature retirement in December 2013, from the UNO MINDA GROUP, as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. He then worked with a couple of smaller groups in Kerala/Gurgaon as consultant. During his corporate life, he was involved in turning around underperforming firms, setting up green field ventures and running multiple businesses. He has spent the last seven years in the capacity of a full-time academician working with Business Schools as Faculty/Dean/Director, Including a stint as Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Advancing and Launching Enterprises (CrAdLE), Ahmedabad, a Technology Business Incubator promoted by Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), and faculty EDII. He has recently joined iFEEL as Associate Director.

Prof. Dr. Sameer Joshi
Sameer is an empaneled professor for Strategy and Digitalization at iFEEL, bringing along over 25 years of experience in industry, and as an entrepreneur. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Studies, preceded by an MBA in Corporate Finance & Strategy and B.Engg. in Electronics & Communication. Sameer is a passionate educator and researcher, and is very active internationally.
