Maj Dipti Joshi (Retd) is an Electronics and Telecom Engineer and PGDHRM from N.L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
Commissioned into the Corps of Engineers (Indian Army) she has served in many Counters Insurgent Areas in J & K Valley for 6 years.
