Global Change Leaders

The Global Change Leaders (GCL) programme is designed by BIMTECH Noida.

At GCL, students are exposed to a variety of business scenarios that challenge them to think critically and creatively. These scenarios include expanding upon a business idea, increasing financial scope in a given situation, providing solutions to a particular management or business problem, and planning and preparation for social campaigns by guest companies.

By engaging in these scenarios, students develop their analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as their ability to work collaboratively with others. Additionally, exposure to guest companies and their social campaigns offers students an opportunity to learn about the social responsibility aspects of business, further expanding their understanding of the role of business in society.
