PGDM at iFEEL
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at iFEEL is an AICTE-approved, two-year full-time programme designed to develop future-ready management professionals through a combination of management education, practical learning, entrepreneurship, leadership, and industry orientation. The programme builds a strong foundation in management while allowing students to develop specialized expertise in Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Human Resource Management. iFEEL's PGDM curriculum has also been formally reviewed by the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi (IIM Ranchi) and found to be "Satisfactory, Contemporary, and Aligned with Industry Standards." The curriculum further incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) into every subject, with the final unit of each subject focusing on AI-related concepts and applications.
PGDM in Finance
The PGDM in Finance is designed for students seeking to build careers in the financial domain. The programme develops an understanding of financial management, financial markets, and business decision-making while providing opportunities for additional professional learning. Students can pursue NISM Certification, while the FinancePRO pathway provides CFA Level 1 Training for students seeking focused preparation in finance.
PGDM in Marketing
The PGDM in Marketing develops students' understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, branding, communication, and contemporary marketing practices. With the growing importance of digital platforms, the programme also offers Certification in Digital Marketing, enabling students to complement their management education with focused digital marketing knowledge and skills.
PGDM in Operations
The PGDM in Operations focuses on developing an understanding of business processes, operations management, quality, efficiency, and process improvement. The programme provides students with exposure to contemporary operations practices and includes Six Sigma Certification, helping them develop additional skills relevant to operational excellence and process improvement.
PGDM in Human Resource Management
The PGDM in Human Resource Management focuses on developing students' understanding of people management, talent, recruitment, employee development, and organizational effectiveness. Along with the core management education, the programme offers HR Tablet Certification and Training & Development, providing students with additional domain-specific learning for careers in Human Resource Management.
